<p>An equipment for removing skull stuck to a furnace flange is provided to perform a postprocess operation promptly and prevent industrial accidents by removing furnace flange skull formed on the furnace flange at once. An equipment for removing skull stuck to a furnace flange includes: a cylindrical weight(9); at least one or more edges(5) formed on a face of the weight facing the ground; a cylindrical frame(8) welded to a face of the weight opposite to the ground facing face of the weight; a radial-shaped radiation frame(6) joined with a face of the cylindrical frame opposite to a face of the cylindrical frame at which the cylindrical frame is joined with the weight; and at least one or more vibrators(7) joined with a bottom face formed within the radiation frame and spaced from one another in a predetermined distance. The equipment additionally includes: a cylindrical guide stand(21) comprising a copper insulation ring, a cylindrical insulation ring, a cylindrical copper ring, a cylindrical socket ring and a vibrator cable; a radial-shaped guide weight guide(16); and a conical guide weight.</p> |
