A height-adjustable pillow is provided to allow a user to adjust a height thereof arbitrarily irrespective of his/her sleeping position, to achieve a great effect of preventing a sleep disorder, like apnea or snoring by maintaining a jaw side in a higher state than a head top, and to relax neck muscles. A height-adjustable pillow includes: an upper resin body(1); a lower body support(10), made out of an iron material; an iron pipe, fixed to a lower end of a rear part of the upper resin body; a vibrating motor, generating a vibration effect; a container, containing a natural aromatic material; a right threaded bolt; a left threaded bolt; a right threaded nut; a left threaded nut, wherein the both bolts and nuts are arranged inside a pillow body in the state that the nuts are mounted on the bolts respectively; a connecting rod(9), connecting the lower body support with the both nuts respectively; right and left bolt knobs(2), moving the nuts along the bolts when it is turned so that a height of the upper resin body is adjusted; and a vibration switch(3), operating the vibrating motor so that a flywheel, mounted in the latter, applies a vibration effect to a user's neck muscle. |
