An organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a reliability of the device by reducing an error rate when forming an anode electrode. An organic electroluminescence device includes a substrate(200), a reflective film(240), a charge generation layer(250), an organic film layer(260), and an anode(270). The reflective film is placed on the substrate. The charge generation layer is placed on the reflective film. The organic film layer is placed on the charge generation layer and has a light emitting layer. The anode is placed on the organic film layer. The reflective film is made of aluminum, silver or an alloy of aluminum and silver. The charge generation layer is a dual layer and has a thickness of 70~2000A. |
