Compounds having an antitumor potency. There are provided compounds, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, the compounds represented by the formula: (I) wherein R1 is H or a substitutable unsaturated 5 or 6-membered heterocycle; R2 is H; X is CH or N; Z is O or S; E is either absent or a halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; J is S or O; and T is a phenyl, unsaturated 5 or 6-membered heterocycle, or unsaturated 9 or 10-membered two-ring carbocycle or heterocycle.
