An antiseptic composition for animal comprising geranial, neral and eugenol is provided to improve antimicrobial, sterilizing and smell-removing effects, so that the composition is useful for enhancing immune response, preventing respiratory disease, inhibiting insects and removing ammonia smell. An antiseptic composition for animal comprises 5-80 parts by weight of geranial, 5-70 parts by weight of neral and 1-10 parts by weight of eugenol as effective ingredients, further comprises 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of allantoin, and has a formulation selected from airsol, fumigant and microcapsule, wherein the eugenol is isolated from natural refining oil.
