A thermo-hygrostat is provided to heat humidifying water supplied to a humidifier through a heated refrigerant circulating through a heating coil to simplify a structure of the thermo-hygrostat and reduce power consumption. A humidifier(1) evaporates humidifying water supplied through a humidifying water supply pipe(11) to control humidity of a room. A humidifying water heating pipe(2) is connected with a heating coil in parallel, wherein the heating coil receives refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure, and is installed to pass through the humidifier to heat humidifying water stored in the humidifier. A heat exchanging part(21) is installed at a middle part of the humidifying water heating pipe to heat humidifying water quickly.
