<p>A roasting device is provided to regulate temperature not to burn food stuffs and prevent generation of smoke by installing at least one air circulating unit for flowing air into through-holes. A roasting device comprises a main body(110), a combustion unit(140), and at least one air circulating unit. The main body where an opening unit(115) is formed at the upper part has a supporter(116) at the periphery of the opening unit. The combustion unit, which is mounted in the main body to form passages(20) on the lower part of the supporter, consists of plural through-holes at the lower part. At least one air circulating unit provides air inside the main body, moves the air to the center of the main body by passing through the passages, and flows the air into the through-holes. The main body has a first side wall and a connection wall(114) adjacent to the first side wall. The first side wall and the connection wall are formed at a first obtuse angle. The combustion unit includes an upper wall(141) adjacent to a second side wall and the second wall parallel to the first side wall. The second side wall and the upper wall are formed at a second obtuse angle. The first obtuse angle and the second obtuse angle are same each other. The combustion unit is not overlapped with the opening unit from the top view.</p> |
