TUNNEL LAMP

A tunnel lamp is provided to be used for a long time without failure of a ballast and a lamp and to cool heat generated in a ballast housing room and a lamp housing room efficiently. A tunnel lamp makes a ballast housing room(3) and a lamp housing room(4) airtight as dual pressure-applying rod(11,11') formed at a circumference of a cover(2) are adhered closely to dual packings(10,10') adhered to a circumference of a main body(1) of the tunnel lamp. Separating wall(7,7') are formed to separate the ballast housing room and the lamp housing room in the main body of the tunnel lamp and the cover. In the middle of the separating wall, a packing(15) of which a cross section is formed in a 'U' shape is formed at a spot where a U shaped attaching groove(14) is indentedly formed and thus a protruded surface of a socket fixing piece(16) is adhered therebetween and made airtight.
