A composite for a soaping softener and a method for preparing the same are provided to make it possible to perform a soaping treatment process at a low temperature, thereby shortening the working time and improving the productivity. A composite for a soaping softener is prepared by inputting 3-25 wt% of polyoxyethylene tridecyl ether, 1-10 wt% of polyoxyethylene cethyl ether phosphate, 2-20 wt% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, and 9-34 wt% of at least one selected from dipropylene glycol, siloxane, silicone dimethyl, 3-hydroxypropyl in a stirrer, firstly stirring the inputted materials for 10-60 minutes, and inputting 60-85 wt% of water into the firstly stirred stuff, and secondarily stirring the water-inputted stuff for 30-90 minutes. Further, the first or second stirring rate is 100-150 rpm. |
