THE PARTIALLY WELDED WINDOW FRAME, AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A partially welded window frame, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove an assembly process of sub frame members and to increase productivity of the frame by combining indoor and outdoor sub frame members through bar shaped connecting members. A partially welded window frame comprises a metal outdoor sub frame(21), a synthetic resin made indoor sub frame(22), and a plurality of bar shaped connecting members(23). The outdoor sub frame is closely attached with bar shaped outdoor sub frame members(21A). The indoor sub frame is bonded with bar shaped indoor sub frame members(22A) by welding. The two ends of the connecting members are combined with opposed surfaces of the indoor and outdoor sub frame members. The contacted parts of the connecting members are welded. The metal is aluminum alloy, and the synthetic resin is PVC.
