A sheet editing frame device for arraying and stacking condenser sheets is provided to enable improve mass production through an automated system and productivity according to the mass production. A sheet editing frame device for arraying and stacking condenser sheets includes a cabinet(31) of a multilayer structure for installing turn condenser sheets on a top end of a side of a base plate sequentially. The turn condenser sheets of the cabinets for stacking the condenser sheets are vacuum-sucked through a turn sheet transferring device(35) installed to ascend and descend at a side of the cabinet and sequentially stacked on the side of a condenser lower cover transferred from a lower cover providing member to a lower cutting jig side.
