An operational structure of a safety valve in connection with a safety valve inspection device is provided to facilitate performance test of the safety valve and prevent accidents caused by gas leak by directly connecting the inspection device without separating the safety valve from a gas line of an LPG tank. An operational structure of a safety valve in connection with a gas line(2) of an LPG tank(1) to maintain proper pressure, and a safety valve inspection device, the structure comprises a gas guide hole(14) and a gas leak prevention unit(18). The gas guide hole provided one or more is assembled with the safety valve inspection device on the outside of a gas inlet hole(13c) that is provided on a lower side within a valve body(13b). The gas leak prevention unit, such as a finishing bolt(18a) or a quick coupler(18b), is assembled to the gas guide hole.
