A torch device for treating hydrocarbon-series fuel using plasma is provided to easily decompose hydrocarbon-series fuel into hydrogen and carbon monoxide on a large scale by plasma steam. A torch device for treating hydrocarbon-series fuel using plasma includes: a cathode rod(115) which has a coolant channel(100) within and is connected to a minus power source; an insulating member(125) which is inserted with the cathode rod and has an annular groove(120) for guiding steam to an end of the cathode rod; a connection member(130) which is inserted with the insulating member and has a bent part(127) to be bent and fastened to a side part of an annular protrusion(117); an anode core(160) of which an outer circumference part has a coolant chamber(152) filled with coolant, of which the inside is supplied with hydrocarbon-series fuel and steam, of which one side is connected to a plus power source, and which has an exhaust passage(146) in which the hydrocarbon-series fuel is decomposed and discharged; and a housing(170) which is inserted with the anode core, is wound around the outer circumference surface of the anode core to form a hydrocarbon-series fuel chamber(150) and the coolant chamber(152), and has holes(155) for introducing the hydrocarbon-series fuel and coolant to the hydrocarbon-series fuel chamber and coolant chamber. |
