FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is intended for destruction of the "oil in water"-type emulsions. It includes the internal and external coaxial cylindrical electrodes, coaxially cylindrical partition located between them consisting of three sections, i.e. two dielectric, at the device input and output, and metallic, located in the zone of electric field.
