FIELD: medicine; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: fixing implant designed as nikelide-titanium wire grid is applied for joint stabilisation. Anterior arthrotomy performed by V-shaped excision and brought down coracoid process and subscapular tendon incision near small tubercle is followed with placement of implant over fibrous membrane of joint capsule. Nikelide-titanium suturing material is used to make fixing transglenoid suture to neck of scapula and transosseous suture - to humerus near small tubercle. ^ EFFECT: method enables to restore full movement volume and prevents shoulder dislocation relapse. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
