The mass centre of each hummer in the operating position is shifted round the circumference of the disk towards the radius of the disk, which passes through the axis of the hummer in the direction opposite to the direction of rotor operation and is set at hummer free end, the disk is supplied with retainers, which coact with the hummers in the operating position with blocking of the mass centre shift towards the radius.
