FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, fiber flax harvesting machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: picking up unit has frame, pickup, flax cone forming and positioning device consisting of pivotally interconnected walls and fixed by means of hydraulic cylinder on bar. Cone forming and positioning device is equipped with frame having pin pivotally connected by means of brackets to bar, and pivotal levers equipped with hydraulic cylinder for moving said levers to initial position. One of said pivot levers is pivotally connected to stem of hydraulic cylinder for moving levers to initial position, whose casing is pivotally mounted on frame of picking up unit. Cone forming and positioning device has pivotal levers fixed to shafts mounted on rotating wall and interconnected through hydraulic cylinder. Portion forming chamber has rotating bottom with circular cut having center aligned with center of base rigidly connected to bottom of bearing diverging cone. Apexes of cell petals are rigidly fixed to outer surface of diverging cone. Ribs are provided on inner surface of petals, in rotary lever entrance zone. Lower petals are positioned above rotating disk of cell opposed to inlet channel of feeding device. Ends of lower petals are rigidly connected to bottom at opposite sides of cut. Rotating disk pin is located within cut. Lateral fixed wall of said chamber has pressing rotating levers. In flax cone forming zone, one side of inlet channel is formed from pressing rods of feeding device. Other side of inlet channel is formed as junction of lateral wall of said chamber with arc of circle whose center is aligned with center of drive drum of feeding device and bottom, diametrically covering drive drum. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability in forming and positioning of flax cones, and increased efficiency of picking up unit. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
