摘要 The invention relates to measuring engineering and can be used for the three-dimensionally positioning hand-held building tools. The inventive device comprises a sealed transparent spere (1), which is filled with water in such a way that an indicator element in the form of an unbreakable air bubble (2) is formed, a setting area (3), a base (4) and measuring scales (5, 6, 7). Said scales are made on the external surface of the sphere (1) symmetrically to central diametrical circles (8, 9, 10) corresponding thereto and are limited by said circles in such a way that the measuring scale (5) is limited by the circles (11, 12) and the measuring scale (7) is limited by the circles (15, 16). The measuring scales (5, 6, 7) are made on the external surface of the sphere (1) in such a way that the planes (17, 18, 19) forming the circles (8, 9, 10),respectively, are mutually perpendicular. When the setting area (3) is placed on the body (20), a plane (18) coincides with the symmetry plane (21) of a hand-held tool, a plane (19) is positioned in parallel to the symmetry plane (22) thereof and a plane (17) is parallel to the symmetry plane of a processable object. The measuring scales (5, 6, 7) form areas (24, 25, 26, 27, 28) and are provided with scale divisions which make it possible to position a tool within a range of 210-270 degrees. For drilling a wall, the perpendicularity between a drill and the wall is determined visually according to the air bubble (2) which should be situated in the area (24), for drilling a floor, the air bubble should be situated in the area (26) and, for drilling a ceiling, in the area (25). The invention makes it possible to simplify the positioning of a building hand-held tool in relation to a processable object.
