The system has a rectangular cage maintained by fixed structures, where the fixed structures have two fixed tables (1) constituted by vertical posts (3) and hooks (4). A netting is suspended in the fixed tables, and has double dimension in a direction of width to arrange a half part of immersed nets (8) and a half part of nets outside the water (9) while permitting alternating of positions of the half of the immersed nets and the half of nets outside the water at each rotation.
