A water surface cleaning vessel with the function of decontamination for oil is provided to protect an environment by removing wastes or oil floating on a surface of the sea. A water surface cleaning vessel with the function of decontamination for oil includes an absorption belt(11), a driving shaft(12), an injector(14), a transferring pump(15), a boiler, and a separating pump. The absorption belt absorbs floating wastes and oil. The driving shaft rotates the absorption belt. The injector separates the oil from the absorption belt. The transferring pump transfers the separated oil and water. The boiler heats the water. The separating pump receives the oil and the water. The separating pump separates the oil from the water by specific gravity.
