The structure has an assembly plate (10) fixed to a basket/bag by locking a clamping plate (30) to the assembly plate. A push button receptacle (21) situated at an upper end of a lock seat (20) includes an introduction pin (22), a spring (23) and a push button (24). The introduction pin is displaced toward back for disengaging the structure when the push-button is pushed. The seat is locked in symmetric slots (32) of the plate (30) with fixation plates (201). A Bevel pin (221) situated at an inlet of the introduction pin is locked in a fixation hole (33) at the center of the plate (30).
