PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing degradation of communication quality between a mobile terminal and a base station in radio communication adopting the TDMA/TDD system wherein a time width of UP time slots differs from a time width of DOWN time slots. SOLUTION: A communication method disclosed herein includes the steps of: acquiring information in response to a state of use of other apparatuses in the radio communication; and allocating a pair of time slots to the other apparatuses, determining the allocation order to the other apparatuses, and establishing the interval from the up time slots to the down time slots on the basis of the order, wherein the pair of time slots includes the up time slot for a transmission period of up signals and the down time slot for a transmission period of down signals, and the time width of the up time slots differs from the time width of the down time slots.
