PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise generation owing to mechanical resonant oscillation between a spindle motor (CLV control) and a lens motor of a disk drive part of a video camera for recording on a disk and to prevent picking up and recording of the noise together with sound to be recorded. SOLUTION: The video camera is provided with several driving reference frequency oscillators for motors for the lens. The reference frequency for driving motors for the lens on the side where no mechanical resonance is generated is selected and controlled by a switch with respect to frequencies including the multiple of the reference frequency of the spindle motor which changes every second according to the CLV control.
