PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase system reliability by providing an execution function management means for implementing system construction management using required function information and provided function information based on function ID information and thereby managing sub functions of a module A required by a module B in system construction. SOLUTION: A method for constructing a system having at least two program modules in which functions of the module A are used by the other module B employs the execution function management means for supporting system construction management using correspondence relation between candidates for function ID information specified when the module B uses a function-messaging function and sub functions capable of being provided by the module A.
