PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ruled line breaking during corrugated cardboard case making and the amount of a used core even when base paper having a liner basis weight of 200 g/m<SP>2</SP>or below or a tensile strength of 12 kN/m or below in a conventional B flute sheet thickness (step height) is used. SOLUTION: Corrugated cardboard in the same thickness as that of a B flute of a conventional technique with a step drawing ratio lowered is manufactured by a single facer apparatus of a no finger method.
