PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which enables easy mount of a balloon on its insert part. SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus based on this invention is equipped with an endoscope 10 having an insert part 12 to be inserted into a human body, a balloon unit 70 with the leading end 60A and base end 60B of a balloon 60 outwardly fitted on hard tube bodies 61, 62 that can pass the insert part 12 through, and a stopper ring 72 installed on the insert part 12 to prevent the tube bodies 61, 62 of the balloon unit 70 from falling off from the insert part 12.
