Invent is concerning a new product in static reinforcement of the bathtub shell. With that we solve the problem of quick, easy, economical and conformed production process. By using the same material in production of sub shell and the bathtub shell which is reinforced, and using binding materials received as waste, we simplified the production and eliminate toxic material. Sub shell (2) follows the basic shape of bathtub shell (1) with profiled convexes applied with solution thru straight surfaces (5) . The connection comes after one hour, and the tune of full toughening after 12 hours. |
