A street lamp with a heat radiator is provided to extend a lifetime of inner components in the street lamp by discharging heat to the outside using a cooling fan and the heat radiator. A cooling fan(30) which blows air to a heat radiator(20) is implemented outside a lamp device. The cooling fan forcefully cools down the heat radiator, so that a temperature of a lamp chamber is decreased. A cover(32) supported on a lamp body(10), is implemented outside the cooling fan. An air ventilating hole(34) is formed at a side of the cover. A cooling portion is formed on one surface of a heat radiating element. A heat radiating portion is formed on the other surface of the heat radiating element. |
