A catalyst composition, a method for preparing polyurethane, and a method for preparing polyurethane foam are provided to produce polyurethane foam, which is thermally stable and free of volatile amines and/or amine odors. A catalyst composition comprises at least one compound represented by a chemical formula. In the chemical formula, n is independently selected from 1, 2, and 3; R^b is a first compound, a second compound, and a hydrogen atom; R^1 is independently selected from a hydrogen atom, and a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C5 alkyl or alkenyl group; and R^2 and R^3 are independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C24 alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, and aralkyl group. When n is 2, R^b is not a hydrogen atom. |
