A construction method of a concrete structure using the composition is provided to give a comfortable and healthful environment to a user and prevent water leakage of a concrete structure effectively. A construction method of a concrete structure using a functional composition containing loess includes the steps of: (S1) removing pollutants adhered to a concrete upside; (S2) coating the concrete upside with hardwood charcoal or jade using a brush, spray, or mortar gun; (S3) mixing a micro-emulsion with an organic-inorganic composite, loess, a water-soluble resin binder, and water to obtain a composition, and stirring the composition using a hand mixer; and (S4) coating the charcoal or jade-coated concrete upside with the stirred composition once to three times so as to form a coating thickness of 0.35-1.05 mm.
