A support structure, a chair having a backrest part or a bottom part, a pillow, and a mattress using the same are provided to correct and prevent deformation of the frame of a user and to make the total weight light by reducing the thickness of a cushion part. A support structure(1) is composed of a first support part(10) made of cushioning materials and composed of an upper surface(11) curved gentler than the exterior shape of the corresponding body part to be supported and a lower surface formed in the predetermined thickness from the upper surface in the direction of body pressure, and a second support part made of synthetic resin with hardness higher than that of the first support part and composed of an upper body unit(20) having an upper surface formed in the shape corresponding to the lower surface of the first support part and supporting the first support part, and a lower body unit(30) supporting the lower surface of the upper body unit.
