A door for a ship is provided to improve durability and to facilitate assembly and manufacture by forming a door plate of a lightweight material, such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic or glass fiber reinforced plastic. A door for a ship includes an L-shaped frame(10), a door plate(20), a packing, a locking unit, and a cushion unit(60). The L-shaped frame is protruded on a wall surface of the hull of the ship so as to form a rectangular space. The door plate opens and closes the space and is formed of glass fiber reinforced plastic or carbon fiber reinforced plastic. A packing holder is coupled to the rear surface of the door plate. The packing is provided in the packing holder. The locking unit performs a locking operation by attaching the L-shaped frame to the packing and rotating rotatable handles protruded on the front surface of the door plate. The cushion unit is attached to a wall surface of the hull in the direction of a rotatable hinge of the door plate.
