A floor structure for a loading box of a transport car is provided to protect a board from filth or hazardous material by using a coating member. A floor structure for a loading box of a transport car comprises a board(10) used as floor material, and coating members(14). The coating member(14) is formed by thermally fusing non-woven fabrics(12) to one side of an artificial wood made from wood powder and plastic material. The coating members(14) are adhered to the board(10) by an adhesive. The coating member(14) contains wood powder of 10%~60% and plastic material of 90%~40%. A non-woven fabric(16) for preventing sliding and discoloration is adhered to the other side of the coating member(14) by thermal fusing.
