<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably attract customers by motivating the customers to take membership registration procedures and increasing the number of regular members. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a storage part 4 for storing a criterion for classifying the customers into a plurality of groups and storing the group points associated with each group grouped on the basis of the criterion; a processing part 3 connected to the storage part 4; and an output part 5 connected to the processing part 3. The processing part 3 is provided with: an operation function for increasing/decreasing the group points on the basis of a preset condition; a function for associating the calculated group points with the groups and storing them in the storage part 4; a function for outputting the calculated group points to the output part 5; a function for identifying the group to which a regular member registration applicant belongs when a regular member registration applicant is inputted; a function for calculating the regular member resistration point corresponding to the group point of the specified group; and a function for issuing a regular member ID and storing the regular member ID to the storage part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
