<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adjustment accuracy of a relative angle of an optical disk and a laser beam without providing mechanism for detecting the relative angle by considering conditions other than the relative angle. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical disk device 1, the relative angle of an optical disk 30 and a laser beam is adjusted in consideration of strategy (recording method) and write-power as conditions other than the relative angle.
