<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction apparatus where heat loss from a reaction portion is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The reaction apparatus 10 comprises a high temperature reaction portion 11, a low temperature reaction portion 12, a connection portion to connect between both reaction portions, an adiabatic container 18 to house them, a heating wire 31 for a first reaction portion which is located in the high temperature reaction portion 11 and whose terminals 32, 33 are wired to the inside of the low temperature reaction portion 12 through the connection portion and lead wires 42, 43 for the high temperature reaction portion which are connected to the terminals 32, 33, which are pulled out by penetrating the adiabatic container 18 and by which voltage is applied to the heating wire 31 for the high temperature reaction portion. As the terminals 32, 33 for the heating wire 31 of the first reaction portion are wired to the inside of the low temperature reaction portion 12 through the connection portion, heat loss can be reduced by reducing temperature difference between both ends of the lead wires comparing to the case that the lead wires 42, 43 for the high temperature reaction portion are directly wired from the high temperature reaction portion 11 and then the heat loss from the whole reaction apparatus 10 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
