PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of supplying a current for filter regeneration from an on-vehicle generator in the averaged state for long hours, with a background that, since a capturing filter of particles in exhaust gas loaded on a large-scale vehicle requires a heavy current temporarily at a regeneration time, a device having a heavy allowable maximum current is necessary as an on-vehicle battery. SOLUTION: A battery loaded usually is not enlarged, but the second battery charged for long hours and dischargeable temporarily is loaded on a vehicle, separately in addition to a conventional battery (the first battery). The second battery is designed chargeably for a long time by a charging circuit of the first battery, so that a heavy current can be discharged temporarily at a regeneration timing of the particle capturing filter.
