<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAM system and method for supporting formation of an optimum processing path by facilitating change in machining attitude and machining procedure. <P>SOLUTION: In the system and method, machining features which can be integrated are determined, a machining procedure in the integrated machining feature is determined, to be used in conversion to production data according to the determined machining procedure.
