PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion board of high precision, and a color display device of high color reproducibility. SOLUTION: This is the color conversion board which includes a translucent board and a plurality of blue color filter layers and a plurality of fluorescent light conversion layers on the translucent board, and in which one part of the blue color filter layers separates the plurality of fluorescent light conversion layers.
