PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided display device which can easily and exactly adjust the relative positions of a pair of display panels. SOLUTION: A frame-shaped wall 305 is erected on the back of a first frame 3 housing and holding a first liquid crystal display panel 6 and a back light module 9, a second frame 4 housing and holding a second liquid crystal display panel 11 is disposed in the prescribed position within the frame-shaped wall 305, and the first and second frames 3, 4 are movably coupled in a face direction by a coupling member 5 composed of a flexible elastic material, such as rubber. At least one piece each, total six pieces of abutting screws 17 are screwed into the prescribed positions of the wall of each side in the frame-shaped wall constituting a rectangular shape and each of the top ends is made to abut on the outside surface of the second frame 4 to adjust the position of the second liquid crystal display panel 11 with respect to the first liquid crystal display device panel 6.
