PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part working operation device for a tractor capable of performing safe advancement/retreating operation since a rear shuttle switch is turned ON by the fact that advancement/retreating operation of rearward direction of the tractor satisfies a rear shuttle condition such as that a rear seat 2 is in the state of rearward working operation, that a front shuttle lever 3 performed at a front seat 1 is positioned at a neutral position, and that a vehicle speed by main shift or sub-shift is positioned at the lowest position. SOLUTION: In the tractor in which work is performed while performing advancement/retreating operation at forward/rearward sitting attitude, an advancement/retreating switching device 39 is switched to any one by the front shuttle lever 3 in which advancement/retreating operation is performed at the front seat 1 or the rear shuttle switch 6 in which advancement/retreating operation is performed at the rear seat 2. It is operably provided making that a vehicle speed is set/operated at the lowest position, that the front shuttle lever 3 in which advancement/retreating operation is performed at the front seat is positioned at the neutral position, and that the vehicle speed is set/operated at the lowest position as the condition of execution of advancement/retreating by the rear shuttle switch 6. When it is turned ON by the rear shuttle switch 6, an advancement/retreating selector valve is outputted and advancement and retreating can be performed.
