PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating wall structure, having a heat intercept function, heat insulating function, moisture discharge function, exhaust function, dew dew proof function, water-proof function and so on. SOLUTION: In this ventilation wall structure, a working width W of an external wall material A is formed corresponding to a pitch P of a skeleton 3 in a wall structure in which a vertically applied exterior wall material A, which takes a synthetic resin foam body C1 as a core material C and has a recess A1 at the back is fitted to a wall backing memberα, thereby forming a ventilation passageγbetween the exterior wall material A and the wall backing memberα.
