PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect articles to facilitate subsequent work, when pushing out the plurality of articles individually held in buckets of a bucket conveyor and sending the articles to the next process. SOLUTION: The plurality of articles 2 individually held in the plurality of buckets 11 of the bucket conveyor 10 are pushed out to article reception parts 21 of an intermediate holding part 20 by a first push-out device 30. A push-out lever 41 is arranged in the intermediate holding part 20, and is sequentially displaced by a second push-out device 40 from a first position for stopping overrun of the articles 2 in the article reception parts 21 to a second position in the back of the articles 2 inside the article reception parts 21 and to a third position for pushing out the articles 2 from the article reception parts 21 to a delivery portion to a transfer chuck 120. Between the intermediate holding part 20 and the delivery portion, a tapered guide 23 for making the plurality of articles 2 pushed out from the intermediate holding part 20 gather closely together is provided.
