PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practice apparatus capable of helping acquire a fundamental skill about cutting/dressing hairs or the like in haircutting/hairdressing in a practical environment. SOLUTION: The haircutting/hairdressing practice apparatus T able to join to/separate from each other on the front/back sides on an axis C of shoulder parts 1 and 4 comprises an upper body model B including a breast integrally provided with the shoulder part 1 and a side part 2 on the front face and the back 6 integrally provided with the shoulder part 4 and a side part 5 on the back face, a joint board 8 attachably/detachably provided inside the model B and raised with a conical cylindrical body 9 having an opening at the top and a plurality of division grooves 9a, 9b, 9c and 9d downward from the top and a plurality of rubber bands 10, 11, 12, 13 and 17 and 18 for fixing the model B and fitted to the cylindrical body 9.
