摘要 An automatic measurement method and device of rotational loss for an SFES(Superconducting Flywheel Energy Storage System) are provided to allow automatic selection of loads according to RPM capacity of a flywheel, and to minimize errors caused by manual operation by accurately keeping input and removal time of loads. An automatic measurement device of rotational loss for an SFES(10) provided with a flywheel therein comprises an RPM(Revolution Per Minute) counting unit, a load unit(30), a relay(20), and a rotational loss measurement unit(40). The RPM counting unit detects the RPM of the flywheel. The load unit comprising a resistance load provides loads to a superconductive bearing and a motor/generator and a magnetic bearing respectively. The relay activates/deactivates the load unit automatically. The rotational loss measurement unit receives signals from the RPM counting unit, controls the relay by the received signals, and measures the rotational loss of the superconductive bearing, motor/generator and magnetic bearing for a predetermined period of time automatically.
