A television device is provided to solve a problem that when additional information is to be displayed, it is overlapped to be displayed or distorted. A display unit(30) includes a basic display region and an additional display region. The first signal processing unit(15) processes the first image signal inputted via the first tuner(10) so as to display the same at the basic display region. The second signal processing unit(25) processes the second image signal inputted via the second tuner(20) so as to display the same at the additional display region. A microcomputer(50) controls the first signal processing unit(15) to display the first image according to the first image signal at the basic display region, and controls the second signal processing unit(25) to display the second image according to the second image signal at the additional display region.
