PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably increase solidifying speed of slurry modified soil obtained by mixing and dispersing a soil solidifying agent containing a polymer emulsion with a soil. SOLUTION: The rapidly solidifiable soil mixture is obtained by mixing and dispersing a soil solidifying agent containing the polymer emulsion with soil of water content of 30% or more, and then mixing and dispersing the resultant with dried bean-curd refuse (Okara).
