PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film peeling device for securely peeling and collecting a film without damaging or deforming a sheet with the film. SOLUTION: In a head main body 22 of a peeling head 14 movable between a bonding station A and a peeling collection station B, a moving body 24 movable in the same direction as that of the movement of the head main body 22 is provided. A tape support device 30 for rewinding and rotating an adhesive tape winding body 29 connected to one end side of an adhesive tape 4 is provided in the moving body 24, and a winding-up device 36 for winding up and rotating an adhesive tape winding up body 35 connected to the other end of the adhesive tape 4 is provided in the head main body 22. A film holding means 18 for holding a film 3 peeled from the sheet by the movement of the peeling head 14, and a movement means 20 for moving the film holding means 18 in the upper direction of a film collection container 16 are provided.
