PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular information provision device suitably detecting unsuitable brake operation. SOLUTION: The vehicular information provision device mounted on the vehicle and providing information regarding evaluation of the brake operation by a driver or improved proposal to the driver is provided with a presumption means for presuming a ratio of deceleration generated by the brake operation of deceleration generated on the vehicle; and an information provision means for providing information for promoting improvement of the brake operation (for example, use of engine brake) to the driver when the ratio presumed by the presumption means exceeds a predetermined threshold value. The presumption means calculates the ratio by (1) presuming magnitude of deceleration generated by the brake operation, (2) presuming magnitude of deceleration generated on the vehicle from time variation of a vehicle speed, and (3) dividing an integration value of magnitude of deceleration presumed from the time variation of a brake pressure by an integration value of magnitude of deceleration presumed from the time variation of the vehicle speed.
