PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress action of a vehicle not intended by a driver while accomplishing enhancement of shift operability in the vehicle for performing shift operation by a momentary type shift lever. SOLUTION: ECU executes a program including a step (S106) for receiving a shift position signal SA, i.e., a signal indicating the shift state required by the driver from a shift operation part (YES at S100) and starting an addition timer when it is determined that change of the present shift state is required (YES at S104); a step (S110) for determining an influence degree to action of the vehicle when the present shift state is changed according to a vehicle speed V; a step (S112) for changing a predetermined decision time TP according to the influence degree; and a step (S122) for stopping energization of a drive current I when an addition timer value does not reach to the decision time TP (NO at S114 and NO at S120).
